What will you be doing?

As an International Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding Boix Europe’s customer base across the UK. Your focus will be on creating new business opportunities in various sectors such as fresh produce, meat, fish, agriculture, bakery, confectionery, and online supermarkets. After an extensive onboarding and training period, you will proactively seek out new opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building, maintaining, and expanding long-term customer relationships;
  • Acting as a sparring partner, identifying client needs and requirements;
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues (including the factory in Spain) and strategic partners such as cardboard and glue suppliers;
  • Participating in (international) trade fairs;
  • Performing various ad hoc tasks;
  • Being involved in the entire sales process from A to Z, including writing and following up on (large) tenders.

What do we ask of you?

You bring commercial drive and energy, along with:

  • Higher professional education (Bachelor) level of thinking and working;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role;
  • Strong persuasive skills;
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and a few times a year to the factory in Spain.
